Rider Code of Conduct

These guidelines help keep each ride professional, safe, and comfortable for passengers and drivers.

Passengers are expected to treat drivers, staff, vehicles, and other passengers with respect.
Seatbelts must be worn as required by law and vehicle safety standards.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted in vehicles.
Illegal activity is not permitted before, during, or in connection with a ride.
Unsafe behavior, harassment, threats, or interference with the driver may result in refusal or early termination of service.
Open containers are not permitted unless legally allowed and pre-approved by Hunn Executive Transport.
Passenger count cannot exceed the confirmed vehicle capacity.
Cleaning or damage fees may apply when a vehicle requires extra cleaning, repair, or downtime after a ride.
Hunn Executive Transport may refuse or end rides that present safety, legal, or operational concerns.
When a ride is fulfilled by a third-party provider, affiliate driver, Uber Business, Lyft, or similar platform, passengers must also follow that provider's applicable safety rules and rider policies.
Hunn Executive Transport will inform customers before final confirmation if a ride is expected to be fulfilled by a third-party provider.
