Passengers must follow the Rider Code of Conduct. Unsafe, illegal, or disrespectful behavior may result in refusal or termination of service.

This may happen when the primary vehicle is unavailable, during high demand, for overflow coverage, or to complete a requested ride. Customers will be informed before final confirmation if a ride is expected to be fulfilled by a third-party provider.
