Booking requests

Submitting a request starts a review process. A ride is not confirmed until Hunn Executive Transport confirms availability, timing, vehicle fit, and pricing.

Quote confirmation

Final quotes must be confirmed in writing. Prices may vary based on schedule, distance, wait time, stops, vehicle needs, special requests, and availability.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms may vary by trip type, timing, and confirmed reservation details. Any applicable cancellation policy should be reviewed during confirmation.

Passenger behavior

Passengers must follow the Rider Code of Conduct. Unsafe, illegal, or disrespectful behavior may result in refusal or termination of service.

Damage and cleaning responsibility

Customers may be responsible for cleaning, repair, or downtime costs caused by passenger behavior, spills, damage, or unusual vehicle cleanup needs.

Limitations of liability

Hunn Executive Transport is not responsible for delays or service impacts caused by weather, traffic, road closures, government action, customer delays, inaccurate information, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Third-party or backup provider use

When needed, Hunn Executive Transport may coordinate transportation through a third-party provider, affiliate driver, Uber Business, Lyft, or a similar platform. This may happen when the primary vehicle is unavailable, during high demand, for overflow coverage, or to complete a requested ride. Customers will be informed before final confirmation if a ride is expected to be fulfilled by a third-party provider.

Fulfillment confirmation

Final pricing, fulfillment method, and available provider details must be confirmed before the ride is accepted. Third-party providers may have their own terms, policies, driver standards, vehicle availability, cancellation rules, and receipt/payment handling.
